Where does DealProfit source properties from?
On-market properties come from the MLS via Bridge Interactive — real listing data with accurate details, photos, and listing agent info. Off-market properties come from public records: tax liens, pre-foreclosures, absentee owners (mailing address differs from property address), high-equity owners (40%+ equity or free & clear), corporate/LLC ownership, properties owned 10+ years, vacant properties (postal/utility flagged), and inherited properties (recent probate transfers).
What is the Off-Market Score and how does it work?
Every off-market property gets an Off-Market Score (0-100) based on deal signal strength. More signals = higher score. A vacant, absentee-owned property in pre-foreclosure with 60% equity might score 85. An LLC-owned property with no distress signals might score 25. Properties below a configurable threshold (default: 30) don't enter the pipeline — this keeps noise down and deal quality up.
How often does DealProfit add new properties?
The pipeline runs daily. MLS listings are synced via delta updates — new listings, price changes, status changes, and removed listings. Off-market searches run daily per active state. Market data (HUD FMR, Census, Zillow Research) updates monthly. By the time you log in each morning, yesterday's new properties are already analyzed, scored, and ranked.
Is deal sourcing available in my state?
