Where does the property data come from?
Property data comes from the MLS (via Bridge Interactive), off-market public records, and verified data providers. We source listed properties, tax records, permit data, and rental comps from multiple sources and cross-reference them. Every analysis includes a Confidence score so you know how reliable the data is for each specific deal.
Do I need to enter data manually?
No. DealProfit sources and analyzes properties automatically. Set your personal financial parameters once (down payment, expenses, target returns) and every deal in your market is analyzed using your numbers — no manual input, no spreadsheets, no copy-pasting from Zillow.
What investment strategies are supported?

ProfitScore is a 4-score ranking system that tells you how good a deal is and how much you can trust the numbers. It includes: Profitability (0-100, financial quality), Confidence (0-100%, data reliability), Risk Grade (A-F, external risk factors), and a Composite ProfitScore (0-100). How accurate is the data?
Every analysis includes a Confidence score (0-100%) that tells you how reliable the numbers are. We pull from verified MLS feeds, public records, and multiple valuation sources, then cross-reference them. When data is incomplete or sources disagree, the Confidence score drops and Monte Carlo simulations produce wider outcome ranges — so you always know what you're working with.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no questions, no penalties. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you won't be charged. After that, your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
